SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within Bulgaria.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery. You pay the full order amount in cash directly to the courier at the moment of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. No upfront payment is required when placing your order.

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping. Any applicable COD handling fee will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email (where available) so you can follow your shipment.

Failed or Refused Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails or a COD order is refused at the door, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us according to the courier's policy. Repeatedly refused COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD orders.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
