Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us before the 14-day period expires by emailing support@gshub-eu.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form (available on request), but it is not mandatory.

2. Hygiene Exception for Perfumes (Important)
Perfumes and fragrance products are supplied as sealed goods. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perfume products that have been unsealed or whose protective seal/packaging has been opened or broken after delivery.

To return a perfume under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, with all seals intact.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
This hygiene condition does not affect your rights if a product arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered. Under the EU legal guarantee of conformity, you are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund) for non-conforming products for up to 2 years from delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@gshub-eu.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@gshub-eu.com to request a return and receive instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Send it to our returns address:

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving confirmation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns (14-day withdrawal): you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be issued to a payment card. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide — please include your bank/IBAN details when arranging your return. For withdrawal returns, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.
